Refund policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase,
provided the item is in its original packaging and the tags are still attached.
Customers must submit their own request through the returns & exchanges link:
Return requests are processed within 10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Returns cost 80 EGP, which will be deducted from the refunded amount, if the order is not returned on door.
Exchanges cost 120 EGP. These fees apply if the order is not returned on door.
